Established with the vision of delivering professional and results-driven real estate services, VIKS Properties has grown into one of the active and expanding real estate agencies in Northern Malaysia.
Supported by an experienced management team, a dedicated administration department and an expanding network of nearly 150 Real Estate Negotiators (RENs), we specialise in strategic property solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and land properties — serving developers, investors, property owners, financial institutions, contractors and corporate clients throughout Kedah, Penang and Perlis.
